Q. Can I participate in this site?
A. Yes, register for an account, sign in and contribute your films.
Q. What do I do if my film does not load or the upload fails to complete?
A. We suggest using DropSend – a free service that allows you to transfer large files between users. Once you have uploaded your file to DropSend, you will be provided with a link to download the file. Provide us with this link via email and we will download your movie directly to our server and add it to your profile.
Q. What do I do if my image does not load?
A. Please send it directly to us via email and we will add it to your profile.
Q. I have paid but cannot download my files. Help!
A. Please contact us via email and we will send you the confirmation email that you received when you ordered. This email contains the necessary information to download your movies.

Q. Can I view my purchase history?
A. Yes, you can sign in to view purchase history. Also, PayPal will have a record of your purchases from our site.
Q. I can't log in - I think I forgot my password. Help!
A. Use our password reset function to gain access to your account.
